Dependable Property Maintenance Services (DPMS) was founded by John Farizell, Donovan Marinez, and Andrew Sanders in ​January 2022. Although a "new" company, the founders have decades of hands-on property maintenance knowledge with many ​skill sets ranging from ground-up developments, property maintenance/management, and capital improvement oversight.

John Farizell has 18 years of residential and commercial property management experience. He provides unparalleled expertise ​in maintaining properties to preserve and add value for every client. John understands how properties operate and the details ​required to enhance a community.

Donovan Marinez has over 12 years of real estate experience, including managing Liberty Station Community Association, ​consisting of 362 acres and 19 parking lots, and VIVA Logistics Center (formerly known as Siempre Viva Business Park), one of ​Southern California's largest industrial business parks. Before management, Donovan was an Associate for Cushman and ​Wakefields Industrial Division in Carlsbad, Ca.
